Hello Tunes allows your callers to enjoy your personalized music or voices as they wait for you to pick the call.share emotions with friends

  • have a default ring back tone for everyone
  • set different tones for different callers
  • set random tone
  • copy your friends tone by pressing single key


three easy steps to activate the service:

  • register for the service - you receive a default ring back tone - "Twende Tewnde"
  • download ring back tone(s) of choice into your RBT account
  • set your ring back tone(s)
  • either set default RBT for all
  • or set an RBT for a specific person

 

To register to Hello Tunes:

Through sms: send the word on to 1351 Or dial 134 and follow the prompts

To download one tune:

Through sms: sms the words "get+ song code" e.g. send get71010 send to 1351

To set the downloaded tune:

Through sms: sms the words "set+ song code" e.g. send get71010 send to 1351

To download multiple tunes:

Through sms: Send word get+ song code+ space +song code + ... e.g. to download 3 songs send get71010 60254 72203 Or dial 134 and follow the prompts

To copy a Hello Tune you like:

  • a. The subscriber will dial 1# while listening to the tune that he hears while calling an Orange Mobile number
  • b. The subscriber will receive an sms: "you have successfully copied the tune "[name of tune] for Kshs x. The tone expires on x/xx/2010."
  • c. The tone will automatically be set on his phone as the default tone

To delete a Hello tune:

  • a. Through sms: The subscriber will send the word "del" + code ie "del70113" and send 1351
  • b. Through IVR will call 134 and follow the prompts

To query one's tune list:

Through sms: send the word "qpsl" to 1351

To query a code to get details of on tune:

Through sms: send the words "qcod701114" to 1351

To unsubscribe from Hello Tunes:

To unsubscribe to the service the customer will send the word "off" to 1351 they will get the message "you have successfully cancelled your Hello tunes service"
