- This is a long-term loyalty program for prepaid Orange Mobile (GSM) customers who are formally registered with Orange as per the CCK requirement
- Customers will receive a congratulatory message in the morning of their birthdays and a bonus bundle of 20 Free minutes and 20 Free SMSs to enjoy on their birthdays
- The Bonus will apply to on-net usage ONLY
- Customers who are not registered will be allowed to send their names and date of births to a short code -7770 to be enrolled in the programme. However, the already registered customers will be automatically qualified
Terms and Conditions
- All prepaid GSM (Orange Mobile) customers who have registered their Sims/Lines, will be offered 20 Free minutes and 20 free SMS on their birthdays as per their registration details with Orange Kenya.
- All prepaid GSM (Orange Mobile) customers will be automatically qualified for the offer as long as they are registered and are Orange active customers
- The birthday messages will be sent to the customers directly as per the details provided on their Sim registration data
- The Birthday Treat offer will be available permanently; however customers will be allowed to opt out by sending an SMS to 7770 with the words "opt out". A message confirming that he /she will be removed from the offer/programme will be sent
- The Free minutes and SMS given by Orange will be used for only ON-NET calls and SMS ONLY
- The Birthday bonus (Free minutes and free SMSs) is valid for 14 days
- Registered birth dates can be changed if Orange's records are incorrect for any reason but only a single birthday gift per mobile phone number can be given during any 1 year period
- Unused birthday treat bonus cannot be rolled over or transferred to any other number
- Customers who have not yet registered their SIMs/Lines can send their names; date of birth to 7770 for FREE in this format Name.dd/mm/ yyyy e.g. John Doe,11/2/1980
- Thereafter, customers will be requested to visit any Orange Outlet to register formally as per the CCK requirements
- Orange reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Birthday Treat offer at any time on notice to participating customers. Notice will be via text message and will be effective immediately

A. You and your friend won't always receive bonuses at the same time. Depending on usage, you will receive different bonuses at different times.

A. You cannot enroll for a specific bonus. Orange will send you an SMS to let you know which bonuses you are eligible for.
Q. How can I check my bonus balance?
A. Dial #123#, then select 4 (loyalty & bonus) then 2 (Orange Angukia)
Q. Do I have to register to participate in Orange Angukia?
A. For some bonuses, you will be enrolled automatically. For others, you'll have to send an SMS to 777 with a keyword that will be indicated in the SMS notification sent to you.
Q. How long will my bonus last?
A. Every time you receive a bonus you will receive an SMS indicating the expiry of that bonus.
Q. Can I use the free airtime bonus across all networks?
A. Depending on the bonus you receive, you can either use your free airtime within Orange network only or across networks.
Q. Am I eligible to Orange Angukia on postpaid?
A. Orange Angukia is currently only available to prepaid customers.
