This is a wireless version of a regular Telkom landline service with a handset interfaced using a RUIM card based on CDMA technology.
- The service allows you to call, send /receive SMS/Fax and access data via dialup with speeds of up to 153.6kbps.
- Service available both in prepaid and postpaid.
CDMA
- CDMA stands for Code Division Multiple Access. CDMA is a digital wireless communication technique that uses varied frequencies to transmit audio signals.
RUIM
- Removable User Identity Module (R-UIM) is a card developed for CDMA handsets that extends the GSM SIM card to CDMA phones and networks.
- It is physically compatible with GSM SIMs and can fit into existing GSM phones
In line with the new Orange tariffs below, the terms and conditions of the free calls are being amended accordingly:

- Usinyamaze customers can now make free calls from 7pm to 7am to ALL customers on Orange Mobile, Wireless and Telkom Fixed
- Free calls include all days within the 30 day validity period (weekends and weekdays)
- After 7am, the rate will resume to Ksh. 2 Orange and Telkom Fixed
- Friendly user policy has been set at a maximum of 100 free minutes per day. After this the rate will resume to Ksh. 2 per minute for calls within Orange and Telkom Fixed
