- Monthly access fees for post paid offers are waived. For capped offers, the monthly access fees of Ksh. 250
- Existing customers on the pre-existing packages on capped offers and minimum spend packages will remain unchanged. However, the tariff structure will vary based on the summary tariff table. For example, a customer on minimum spend package of Ksh. 6,000 will qualify to have a tariff of Ksh. 1.50 for on-net calls and Ksh. 3 for off-net calls and 4/= for data access per MB. A customer on minimum spend package of Ksh. 2,000 will qualify to have an on-net tariff of 2/=, off-net of 3/= and 6/= for data access per MB.
- Device offers with minimum spend will also take the same tariff outline based on the minimum spend package selected.
