Q:  How do I subscribe to Postpaid data bundles?

A: Thank you for choosing Orange internet. Visit the nearest Orange shop or contact your Orange account manager in order to sign the contract.

Q:  Are there any specific requirements for one to be on Postpaid unlimited internet?

A: Yes, you are to provide the requested documentation listed in the terms and conditions afterwhich you will sign a twelve month contract and pay a deposit equivalent to two months subscription.

Q:  When using Postpaid unlimited internet on my FlyBox, am I able to make calls and send SMSs?

A:  The postpaid unlimited internet is hybrid. Postpaid subscription will only allow you to use data services only. However, you can top up with Orange airtime to make calls and send SMSs only on Pay As You Go.

Q:  I was browsing at great speeds until I received the message "Dear customer you are currently at 80%/ 100% of your friendly user policy allocation" What does this mean?

A:  It means that you have reached your fair usage policy allocation. Fair usage policy is used to ensure quality of service to all Orange customers. It reduces speed once you reach a certain amount of download and maintains this speed until the end of the validity period of the offer. Even after FUP, you can still access the internet.
