Q1. How do I subscribe to Unlimited Internet?

A1. On your mobile, dial #123# select Offers -> internet bundles -> Unlimited internet bundles ->Daily/weekly/monthly internet bundle->confirm

Q2. I tried to buy the Daily Unlimited on the modem and was not successful.

A2. The Daily Unlimited is not available on the modem.

Q3. Can I buy another Data bundle e.g. 50MB before end of validity period?

A3. You can buy another bundle and the bundle will take effect after expiry of validity period for the Unlimited plan. You can move to a higher Unlimited e.g. from Daily to Weekly, from daily to Monthly or from Weekly to monthly and this new Unlimited will take effect immediately. Your validity period will also change as per new offer.

Q4. What happens when my validity period expires?

A4. For the daily Unlimited Offer, it will automatically subscribe after 24 hours. For weekly/monthly subscription, you will browse at Ksh 4 per MB on pay as you go after 7 days and 30 days respectively.

Q5. I bought my weekly Unlimited on Thursday this week at 11.00 a.m. When will this offer expire?

A5. Your offer will expire Thursday next week at 11.00 a.m., which is exactly 7 days.

Q6. I tried to buy the Daily Unlimited offer before the expiry of my Weekly Unlimited offer and received the message “Unsuccessful. Please clear current Unlimited plan before purchasing lower Unlimited plan”. What does this mean?

A6. It means you are not able move to shorter Unlimited offers before expiry of the current offer e.g. You cannot move from Monthly Unlimited to Weekly Unlimited, Monthly to Daily or from Weekly to Daily before expiry of validity period. You can, however, move to longer plans e.g. Daily to Weekly, Daily to Monthly or Weekly to Monthly before expiry of validity.

Q7. How do I unsubscribe to my daily offer on my mobile ?

A7. On your mobile, dial #123# select Offers -> internet bundles -> Unlimited internet bundles ->Daily internet bundle -> Unsubscribe->Confirm

Please note that there’s no rollover of bundles as this is Unlimited Internet.
