Application process
At an Orange Shop, Orange Money outlet, Equity Agent or Equity Bank branch:
- Present original ID Card
- Have an active Orange line
- Complete the existing Orange Money Customer Application Form
- Submit to agent/ bank official
Tips:
- Keep your Orange line active
- Your card will be processed once your account is funded
- Indicate on the form the branch where you would like to collect the card
- For application at branch, please bring a photocopy of your ID
