How to subscribe?
Check your eligibility at the nearest Customer Experience Center or call 121 from Orange and Telkom Network or call 020-2222121 from other networks.
You can then download and fill in the application forms and carry the following items to the Customer Experience Center to get connected to Broadband Nyumbani.

How to manage your account?
On the home page of the customer Orange Internet Portal the following information is available "Expiration date of the postpaid account"
How to check on your consumption
Go to "History" and then click on "sessions/call report" and specify the "from" and "to" parameters in order to view the sessions you have been online for.
How to check for your invoice
Go to "History" then click on "view invoices", to check on a specific invoice online
How to change user details ?
Go to "User Profile", click on "update details" and change any of your user details
How to get your monthly invoice and where to pay?
Your monthly bills will be sent via your mail box; your preferred email address or you can view through the Orange Internet portal.
Payments will be done at you can visit any of the Customer Experience Center or at any designated Telkom Kenya pay point.
